The best sneakers I've ever had

I am very impressed with the TerraFlex shoes that I recently purchased. They were immediately comfortable, which is not my usual experience with trail running shoes. I highly recommend them.

Pros
  • Zero-drop design for better foot stability and balance.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for long distance running

Fall apart quickly

I've had these shoes for less than four months and they're already broken. I have another pair of Xero training shoes that I wore every day from last winter through fall and they have held up very well - still like new. I thought this pair would be better for winter and they are except not as durable.

Pros
  • Gives feet a natural feel
Cons
  • Limited protection for thorny plants

My new shoes look used!

First off, let me say that I'm an unabashed fan of the Xero shoe and really like the lightweight, breathable shoes I had with my previous Xero shoes. However, my last order was below average. let me explain. I bought my latest pair of 7.5 Xeros and found that the soles were slightly sanded and a pebble was stuck in the tread of the shoe. (see video and photos) It looks like I probably bought a used product for the price of new. At the same time, as the saying goes, I'm all for real advertising.

Pros
  • Helps prevent foot and leg fatigue
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with a large build

Great shoes I think

Very convenient and flexible. Just the right amount of pillows. The wide toe allows the toes to splay and stay healthy. I love these shoes!

Pros
  • Reduces foot odor and sweat
Cons
  • May cause Achilles tendonitis

Bad quality good for me

I have only worn these boots 4 times. The lace has already broken. My feet slip in my boots. The protector is already wearing out. paid, I reckoned with more than 2 months of life.

Pros
  • Allows natural foot movement for better performance
Cons
  • Limited adjustability

A little small but great shoes.

The shoes are great. I need a big toe box and my thumbs are pointing to the other foot. But the shape of the Xero shoe and sock fit my foot well. However, the size is difficult. I went a full size up from my normal shoes and they were still a bit tight. If it weren't for the size issue I would give 5 stars. Once you find the right size, you should be happy with the shoes.

Pros
  • Offers support and a comfortable fit
Cons
  • May cause blisters or calluses

Leg pain went well for me

Incredibly comfortable. My metatarsalgia pain is minimal when wearing Terraflex shoes and toe pads. The outsole protects against rocks on our gravel path, which is where I run most of the time. Very happy with my purchase.

Pros
  • Good
Cons
  • May cause blisters or hot spots

Big. But. on shoes

At first I wish they offered coyote brown/khaki and true black. What most people don't realize is that those working in some professional industries should stick to soft clothing and sometimes earthy tones with no highlights or a single color that stands out. However, I work in Africa. Lots outside. I had never seen their professional offerings but buying through Revain was fine. I have to say this is one of the best shoes I have ever ordered. Merrell and Salomon are other brands that regularly

Pros
  • Made in USA or Imported
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Torn between 5 and 1.5 stars for a seemingly great product and outstanding customer service. 1 star for "come on man it's 2018 how hard is it to find the right shoe size?" I ended up calling Xero before ordering them. Yes, I've read a million comments about being too small, but I wear a size 14. And if, like me, you're a standard 14 footer, you're out of luck with minimalist trail running shoes, which most retailers are do not do. Size 14+ is not manufactured or rarely in stock. Anyway, I left…

Pros
  • Rubber Outsole
Cons
  • No Color Required

Noticeable loss of quality.

I've now given up on Xero and here's why. After purchasing at least a dozen pairs of Xero shoes, I noticed what can only be described as a catastrophic drop in quality. There were clear signs - the first pair of shoes I bought was made of quality materials (not including the crumbling sole in the photo) - while all new shoes have scuffs or frays around the reinforced toe. I killed the last half dozen boots in under 6 months and under 300 miles. IT IS PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO WEAR THROUGH THE…

Amazing Comfort: Shoes

New to minimalist footwear, a hiker, not a runner. Tried several brands and styles. To help with sizing, I wear a 9, 9.5 in a "glove" with extra room for thumb width, ordered a 10 in it and my big toe hits the front. 10.5 is longer but still shorter than the glove. On the first pair, the missing space in the insole was filled with glue. (See photo) It was in the left shoe on the little finger. It was noticeable without the insole, and I wasn't expecting that from a $100 pair of shoes. The…
