Extra $50 to get what you want Wi-Fi copier

Works great My only question is why didn't Xerox come up with it? It's nice to be able to place the copier anywhere in the office without depending on an Ethernet cable. Wi-Fi capability comes standard on most devices, but this device gives you the option of just using Ethernet or buying a Wi-Fi adapter for an additional $50.

Pros
  • Great selection
Cons
  • Some difficulties

As expected for Bluetooth network adapter

The Xerox printer I received was not wireless compatible out of the box. It was just plug and play and the menu on the printer itself made it easy to connect to my home network. I wish the printer was connected to Wi-Fi when I bought it, but this add-on made the solution easier.

Pros
  • Free for educational use
Cons
  • So far so good

DO NOT BUY good for bluetooth network adapter

This printer and wireless adapter pos. I've been working on it all day. After it was set up and working on the first test run which took all day to roll back and reload the drivers, it just stopped working. Literally half the time you try to print something wirelessly, it won't work. The worst part is when you call Xerox they make excuses as to why they can't help (I was told to speak to the retailer I bought the product from!). REVIEW: THIS COMPANY IS CRASH. DO NOT BUY A XEROX OR ADAPTER.

So easy to use and get started!

I just bought a new Xerox C400 color laser printer and wanted it to be wireless. Since this is part of Xerox I figured this would be the easiest way to do this. It's tiny: only about 1 1/2" x 1". I removed the small plastic door on the back of the printer and plugged it into the USB slot behind the tiny door I removed - the plastic clip also snaps into the hole to hold it in place. I then connected the USB cable directly underneath to enable the hard link as well. I turned on the printer and…

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

This product is easy to install (it literally snaps into place) and works great with our Xerox VersaLink B605 multifunction printer. In fact, before installing this network adapter, we could only make copies and print from USB in our church library. Now the rest of the "multifunctions" are unlocked! Everything worked right away: switch off the device, remove the protective screen, plug in the adapter and switch on the device again. Then simply use the control panel to enter the settings, make…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Socket required
