I have the medium size. I ordered because my now nearly blind parent was struggling to use a regular fork, but old habits die hard. We ordered 5.9 and this size is great for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children under 7 years old). At first glance, they appear small, but they're almost the same size as the plastic needles that come with takeout food. After a few meals, we adults get used to the size.
