Works but has some quirks

Like you, I found these battery holders to be excellent for the price. I couldn't find any documentation, even on the Diymore website (which still shows another option with a slider instead of a button). Maybe there are workarounds that I don't know about. In my implementation, the battery life is very short. I believe this is partly because the battery status LEDs are always on when the battery is on. In addition, other variations allow you to disable the auto-off feature. Maybe that works…

Easily broken - single board computer

This is a very useful board for running something from a battery, either via USB or by soldering wires to 3.3V blocks. BUT when charging you have to be extremely careful not to touch the USB charging plug in any way, otherwise it will detach from the circuit board and it is very difficult, at least for me, to solder back again.

Both products are defective. Charging but no output

I tried everything with these two articles. You will charge the battery and that is all it is good for. None of the 3V, 5V or USB jacks are delivering power. I hooked it up to my Agilent oscilloscope and nothing. I'm getting voltage at the battery terminals but it reads about 2V DC in the circuit.
