MULTIPLE USAGE: This 3rd hand support system is well made and handy for lots of woodworking projects such as a brace, jack, or support for drywall, crown moldings, cabinets hand, dust barriers and so on. It can also be used for a cargo bar. DURABLE EXTENSION POLE: The extendable rod has GS certification. The weight capacity is 154 lb (70 kg). The stem rod is made of high-density metal and the handle is cast in premium aluminum. Non-slip TPR pads and an additional pair of bigger PVC pads meet various working conditions. ADJUSTABLE SUPPORT TOOL: The adjustable height and textured rubber face help hold the rod tight for various purposes. Long Rod expands from 49.2 to 114.2 in (125 to 290 cm); Short Rod expands from 23.6 to 45.3 in (60 to 115 cm). The handle is used for minute adjustment. ADDITIONAL FEATURES: Spring-loaded pins that pop out into holes in the outer pole can lock the height. A white calibration line helps realign the pins with the holes if the rod is rotated. Pinch-prevent design protects your hand when extending the rod. 2 pairs of pads (3.8 x 2.8 in and 5.2 x 3.2 in) can be replaced as needed. Works great - missing parts and instructions

So far I have tried these things with him. Used to attach painter's plastic tape to the wall. It takes longer than expected for the pole to fully extend toward the ceiling. An 8-foot lightboard, e.g. B. as part of a motherboard or fairing, works just as efficiently and is 10 times faster. I've also used it to attach a large plastic tray to collect popcorn scraps from the ceiling. Much easier than holding the tray in one hand and the scraper in the other. Suitable for use as a laser level in place of a tripod for home use

I bought this to set up a laser level for hanging things around the house. So it had to be able to extend at least 8 feet, but still be as compact as possible when folded. It was the only Revain model to meet these criteria, as many other versions don't break in as little, especially those with only a single telescoping section. It's like two - you first lengthen the first section and fix it with a friction fit, then extend a thinner section from there that also applies pressure with winches…
