I like that this software allows you to quickly create different reports for your clients, as well is easy enought you can use it even if don't know anything about programming languages used in development (I'm not good with them).The only problem i find sometimes when writing emails from forms or creating new invoices are some strange characters showing up at the end of my text messages which causes problems while sending through email services such as Gmail. I like that it has been updated with many new features, plus there are multiple ways to view reports in different formats (Excel/PDF).
