Good product, arrived as expected, well packaged. The husband gave them 4 stars because he never gives 5 stars. but as I mentioned at the beginning of the review everything was excellent and at a very good price for the product.

Most rotary tools only come with a grinding wheel or cutting wheels so this is a good package of disposable wire brush heads. Mainly needed for rusty parts and tools. There are enough of these in this set to replace when they wear out. They are small and are best used with a rotary tool like a dremel, a larger project will require a larger size and probably a drill bit.

This is complete junk. It only took 90 parts to remove rust from just two bicycle tires. These things smashed to pieces even at low speeds. and metal fibers/shards. I did this outside in my driveway about 6 weeks ago. and we still have these damn things at our feet. But it said. it was garbage. I found that using sandpaper rolls worked just as effectively (although they were also junk) but without getting the month-old metal wire into your feet.

When I bought these polishing pads I was cautiously optimistic. The amount for the price seems questionable. I am restoring a 1938 Ford pickup truck and need wire polishing wheels to get into nooks and crannies and remove the grime of 80 years. I use Mototool at about half speed. These spoked wheels withstand high pressure and sharp corners well. There was very little shedding of wires. The bevel gears don't come apart at high RPM like some I've used. First things first; REGARDLESS OF THE QUALITY OF HIGH SPEED WIRE BRUSH, ALWAYS WEAR GOGGLES WHEN USING THIS TYPE OF HIGH SPEED BRUSH! In fact, you should always wear safety goggles with metal tools at any speed. These wire brushes hold up almost as well as the branded ones, but with a flat wheel I think the many negative reviews reflect people using them at speeds well above what ANY high speed flat wire brush should be servicing.
