Breakthrough pain relief. I work in construction and suffer from mild back pain every day. I wear it to sleep and wake up feeling great. I would not recommend wearing it while working unless you are in a cool place. This adds a layer and makes you sweat a little more when engaging in a strenuous activity. I wear it over a t-shirt for power walking without additional sweating.

I bought this belt to replace another one that was useful for back problems but was not suitable for a small person like me. The XO Kinetics is ideal for a smaller person without being bulky, but will also fit a larger person in their size range. I am very happy with my purchase and have used it successfully several times for comfort and pain relief.

1 star only because of the sizing issue so we couldn't use the product. My husband has a 34 inch waist. The little one was too small. Small should fit up to a 39 inch waist. The velcro that attaches the belt was less than an inch long to fasten the belt around a 34 inch waist and was uncomfortable. Too tight. We ordered a large and it was too big. Between small and large, there really should be a medium size.
