Excellent Customer Service & Quick Responders

I like how quickly they respond to my calls or emails when there are issues with our products/services! They have been very responsive in helping us solve any issue we may be having as well as providing excellent customer service for all of their customers!! Nothing really bad about this software but if you want something simple it's not always easy at first glance because sometimes its hard finding what exactly your looking for once inside y&s system (maybe more training would help?). Great Product, Excellent Customer Service

The customer service I received from this firm was outstanding! They were very helpful in my search process as to which software best fit our needs for multiple clients within one organization/department (a few over 10). Their pricing structure allowed us flexibility with cost-savings without sacrificing quality of product. There are no downsides at all really - just great people who want what's right for you!!
