Definitely not quality. I wish I had when I first got it. I hope they do something to fix this faulty product. Will be updated.

I had to change the mounting point to replace steel with plastic. Fixed buffering issue. Went 1/2" and it fits better than the original steel.

I was very impressed with the quality of this product. Haven't had to use it yet, but that's all I thought it would be. I recommend this to anyone looking for one.

This cable was used to increase the reach of my winch for distant anchors. It can be seen that the line is of good quality. The hook seems strong although I haven't used it yet. The product arrived well packaged and on time.

Great replacement cord for my winch. I really like that it's a 100 foot 3/8 line. Works great after the first stretch. I got stuck on my first way and it worked great! I have it on Q9500i

Cable window looks great, adds some much needed color, winch cable seems pretty solid and wraps well around my Smittybilt xrc9500 winch. Haven't had to use it yet and Witt updated the review after a few uses. You will need a longer cord attachment screw. But it is okay.

The price was great! I have an extra 42 feet of length on the spool that originally came with steel cable. It wraps and pulls well and I feel a lot better when I pull it because if the steel cable bends it can be catastrophic. So I feel like it's just as strong, much longer and safer than steel.

The 1/2 line is too thick for my winch and rubs against the regulator, but that's not a problem with the product, it's a problem of combining the right parts. I only give 4 stars and not 5 for 2 reasons. First the first piece of rope is covered to protect it from the heat on the drum and is not long enough for the first wrap around the drum. This rope wrapped in a box is 1/2 inch in diameter, which surprised me. I think when it's tightly wound the tight blade gets a little smaller. I'll report if it changes when you wind it up under pressure. A true 1/2 inch Dyneema rope has a minimum strength of 23,200 lbs and an average of 26,500 lbs.
