Description of 🌡️ Enhance Your Atmosphere with Yahboom Intelligent Temperature Programmable Light (Quiet)

Random gifts: We will randomly select packages to give away the OLED screen matched with Raspberry Pi Cooling Fan. Perhaps the next lucky one is you. The speed of the cooling fan can be changed according to the temperature of the raspberry PI through code programming, which can better ensure that your Raspberry Pi is running at a safe temperature. No wiring! No waste of IO port!It also expand Raspberry Pi 40pin header and can be used to connect to other devices. There are three high brightness RGB lights on the temperature control expansion board. Through programming, you can not only change the color, but also use different color lights to represent different temperatures. The Raspberry Pi cooling hat driver package is already installed and is suitable for all Raspberry Pi system images, while Yahboom offers all the necessary courses.★★★Important Note: Only the RGB lights will be on after the Raspberry Pi hat is powered on. You must run the program provided by Yaboom before the fan will rotate according to the temperature of the Raspberry Pi board. If you do not run the program, your fan will not rotate! ★★★. The design of the Raspberry Pi IO port is not affected. Improved design, the fan runs absolutely quiet at any stage, please rest assured to order. Works very well with a cool display. Keeps my RPi below 40°C.

I have a Pi 4B and when I first got it without cooling it was idling at about 50C. I find that updating the Pi firmware with rpi-upgrade helped a lot in bringing temperatures down to the high 40C. The next big cooling upgrade was the addition of an all-metal chassis with a passive heatsink, like the low-profile Geekworm- Housing. This will slightly lower the temperature to 40 degrees. The whole case feels quite warm, which is probably a good thing since the purpose of a heatsink is to provide a

Works great but the instructions are pretty bad and actually wrong

The product itself is very good, the fan cools very well and is very quiet. However, you will need to install some Python software to make this board work, without the software the fan will not spin at all. And the instructions for this are just awful and don't really work as written. It's easy to understand if you have some experience with these things, otherwise you'll get lost.

With new codes and a quick mod, it's worth it

Honestly, I like this fan. The fan is nice and quiet, the LEDs are bright and the OLED screen works as advertised. The only real issues I had was that the instructions are pretty difficult to follow. It requires some knowledge to get certain features from them. So I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who is just starting out unless programming is your goal. and when you try to switch colors/effects the board sometimes shows the wrong color/effect or turns the light off altogether. If you've had…

Minimal cooling of computers and accessories

I bought this for the fan and controller so I don't have to do it myself. But the fan is SLOW and moves very little air. I was even wondering if it might be a 12 volt fan running on 5 volts. will return it.

Cool light show. literally!

In these circumstances, the fan rarely needs to rev up as my Pi is housed in Geekware's rugged yet slim CNC aluminum case. There's plenty of metal to absorb the BTUs the Pi4 puts out. However, if I wanted more fans, it's not hard to change the settings, lowering the temperature thresholds for more fan speed percentage, etc. But this is an LED light show that is really pleasing to the eye, with a little more code you can create the usual "Tokyo at night" light effect. This HUT specifically…

Pros
