Garbage Product, Don't Waste Money

After trying this door hardware and locks, I was disappointed. The image quality is poor and the installation process is difficult..

The product seemed to work well.

The viewer seemed to work fine when I plugged in the cables and saw that the screen was clear. The problem, however, was that there was no bracket to hold the viewer in the door. :-( I had to return the product.
