Put on MT07 2020 and. wow

Replaced the stock tube on a 2020 MT07 with this and oh my god thats why you are on this site and everyone is saying make a mod. Eliminates all the play that was in the gas and saves the wrist, having to work so hard in the WOT. Def installation takes 10 minutes and $28. I only had to disconnect the throttle cable before the brake fluid, not at the throttle body. As soon as I did that, the throttle clicked like it should. Great mod!

Good upgrade for Yamaha MT-07

Replacing the original gas pipe with Yamaha MT-07 for this unit is a good upgrade. Note that this does not "improve throttle response" by itself - it would require a change in fuel curve through remapping. What it does is increase the speed at which the throttle bodies open when you twist the throttle. Thus, throttle actuation is faster and less throttle twist is required. A piece of advice: Before installing a new hose, make sure that both throttle cables have as much free play (pressure and…

Great, cheap and easy mod for your bike. quality product.

I mounted this gas tube on my 2018 Yamaha MT-07. Fits perfectly. As a result, the gas pedal responds better. Installation is very easy, just remove the end weight, remove a few case screws, remove the old assembly, put the new one on and put everything back on. You probably need to adjust the throttle cable free play. I had to adjust mine a lot. I prefer this over the original choke. I'm always skeptical about buying OEM/branded items from Revain because I've had a few convincing knockoffs over

Better value for money when upgrading from MT-07

I love that all the reviews don't mention the R6 the throttle is designed for. However, I installed this on my 2021 MT-07. and mostly everything went well. One trick is that ALL cable connections must be completely loose. (Both handlebars and throttle body) I rode all day and loved how easy it was to add throttle. I used to have pain in my right wrist sometimes from bending over. And thankfully it's not a scary mod as it doesn't turn my MT-07 into a rocket ship. I can also perform maneuvers at…

Quick and easy replacement for easier driving.

I saw this as a quick and reliable way to reduce throttle power on a 2019 Yamaha R3. The stock throttle tube has a small cam profile that is comfortable for beginners. However, it requires a long press on the gas pedal and makes driving with it a bit uncomfortable. Switching to an R6 throttle tube reduces thrust significantly, and you'll notice it as soon as you install it. This part is a factory OEM part so you can be assured that it is reliable as it comes standard on the Yamaha R6. It…

I use this R6 throttle tube as a replacement for the stock FZ-07 throttle body. My research showed that this is a 70 degree turn to full throttle while the standard fz-07 pipe takes 90 degrees to reach full throttle. 1) I really like it when I can comfortably go full throttle without pinching or bending my wrist. 2) Makes downshifts better/easier. 3) To shift up without the clutch, you don't have to press the accelerator pedal as hard. I know it sounds crazy, but I've found that my clicks and…
