Installed on a 2005 Yamaha 150. Excellent and adjustable. There really isn't much else to know. Only it had to be steel in the first place.

Great replacement for the metal used by Yamaha instead of the plastic. Difficult to install, couldn't figure out how to install it when the boat mechanic installed it. Should last forever

Perfect fit - a bit tricky to install - I had to tilt the engine into just the right spot and then turn it to starboard. Note: My engine has Sea Star hydraulic steering which made access difficult.

Changed the plastic version twice. Hopefully this improved metal structure will last the motor for a lifetime. I'm a bit more difficult to install and set up than the old design, but it worked fine once I got it right.

Perfect replacement part for my 2001 Yamaha VMax 150. The original part is plastic but this one is metal - it will never need to be replaced again! Works absolutely perfect! My trim sensor started to get stuck in the "up" position - this fixed the situation.

Worked great. I noticed the trim sensor reading was way off the mark, thought it was the trim sensor but it was actually that part. The old part was plastic and cracked, preventing the trim sensor from moving properly. Pulled out the old one and replaced it in 10 minutes. It took another 5 minutes to find the right position. I'm very happy that everything is metal now.
