I used a sofa cover to cover 2 attached two seat cushions for a 61 inch fabric lover sofa that I wanted to keep dogs and cats out of the way. It fits well with 2 cushions attached and hasn't moved and I've sat in the double seat a few times already. On the plus side, this made the very cushioned two-seater firmer and more comfortable to "mount on". I covered the double seat with a velvet cover, I will rate 5 stars in another review.

I LOVE these cases. I went black and after a quick cleaning my current leather sofas matched the slipcovers perfectly. I used these sheet clips to secure them under each pillow and they didn't budge at all. I have a 102 pound German shepherd who climbs them and I haven't had a single prick in his claws (which are long). It's been a little over 2 weeks and there is no sign of a break. I have a leather sofa and a 150 lb Great Dane…. Every day as he climbed on and off the sofa he literally ruined the leather on the pillows so I bought leather repair tape to fix the horrible (big) hole and then covered the pillow with these covers. I'm pleasantly surprised...his nails didn't go through the faux leather like I thought they would. It's only been a week but they are amazing! My sofa cushions had an edge running across the front of the sofa - as seen in the photo the bedspread may have covered them. It's much better, the cushions you sit on were leather, cracked and usually fell apart. This allows me to continue using the very comfortable sofa without looking sloppy. Some reviews mention tearing or not stretching enough but we definitely didn't think that was the case. In fact, I think my only "complaint" (if you can call it that) is that they are too stretchy and don't stay on the pillows.
