Would buy the heaviest perm again

Good for the price but probably won't last long under heavy use. It has plastic hinges and *aluminum wire*, if you want something better you'll have to pay half the price

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Upgrade available

Not UL listed as claimed! aluminum wire!

Description states/claims the cable is UL listed but the product does not have a UL logo. Also, as advertised, the cable appears to be made of aluminum instead of copper.

Pros
  • Good value for money
Cons
  • Only available in black

Excellent product, durable for the price

I ordered a Chinese tire air compressor Battery terminals and wire that came with the compressor was uselessly sticky and light, ordered them and they turned out to be strong terminals and the wire was heavy Mandatory This product is highly recommended

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Null

Fast Heavy Duty for Lighting and Electrical

Clips and cord size are very good for the purpose I intend to use. I need a cigarette lighter plug to run the 25 amp emergency tire inflator. My car only has a 10 amp circuit. The battery clamps are much better than the ones that came with the air pump, but still don't meet my definition of "heavy duty".

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Fast Never

Hard to find - has thick wire and a sturdy case

Many are sold with small wires including one I found that is 18 gauge. This one has a much thicker 12 gauge wire. I used this with a 300w inverter. I got it to 250W by drawing about 25A DC on the battery side and running it for 10 minutes. The wire read 39 degrees C / 101 degrees F. An 18 gauge wire wouldn't work. Very happy to find it!

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Some small things

Turn your car into an emergency generator

Attach alligator clips to your car's battery. Connect the other end to the inverter. Plug a power strip or two into inverter outlets and as soon as you start your car, you've just created a backup generator that runs all night without refueling. Also, most cars are quieter than most generators. All you have to do is dump your vehicle's exhaust fumes outside of your garage. I use an adapter, clamps and flexible stainless steel hose. Works great. Note: If your inverter is not a pure sine wave…

Pros
  • nice thing
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Works well but too cheaply made

So far I have used this to deliver up to 12.5A (150W) and it has worked very well but I doubt it Durability. Longevity Pros: - Clamps hold tight. The spring is strong enough and the tooth design is holding up well. - The clips are designed to avoid accidental short circuits and they handle it well. too smooth, preventing the fork from slipping. Disadvantages: - Clamping contacts are made of steel with a copper coating (they are magnetic). Eventually they will rust because every time you clamp…

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Unbelievable price
