Full of Trash: Crankshaft Position

Stay Away. Had I known such a low price it would have been rubbish. Replaced the faulty unit, the car began to work worse. A completely non-functional block. I will go somewhere else from now on.

Pros
  • Introduced
Cons
  • New Competitors Emerged

DOES NOT WORK in spare part

This fits perfectly but does not work and also gives out a MAP code instead. I had to buy it from a parts store who fixed the problem right away. That part definitely didn't work.

Pros
  • Annual trial period
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Get this so you don't get robbed at the parts store

Fits perfectly on my 2014 Kia Soul 1.6 for almost a tenth of the $100 the parts store costs for this item. Installation takes about 10 minutes, 1000 miles and no problems.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Requires an outlet

Most expensive $30 I've ever saved

Didn't work for my 2012 Kia Rio and literally almost killed me in the middle of the road. I took the original Kia part and sent it back immediately. I would give these negative stars if I could. It's downright dangerous

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Frequency

Didn't work on a 2014 Hyundai Accent

It was supposed to work on a 2014 Hyundai Accent but after installation the car wouldn't start when it started, worked worse than a bad, reinstalled a bad Car started only complained and the power went out, I bought it in AutoZone and everything worked fine. Codes cleared, engine runs normally. I'm not sure if there's anything wrong with all of this, or it's just that we get a bad one from time to time. bad QC maybe?

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Not trendy

Just as good as the expensive version

I checked out several auto parts stores and they all sold 5-10x what I paid for them. I have no idea why as it was exactly what I needed and solved the problem I was having (car ran at low rpm after warming up, stalled and then refused to start. No codes while cold but once it was warmed up it gave a code for the crankshaft sensor Replaced it and the problem went away However the reason it worked at all seems to be that my thermostat/temp sensor (not sure which one) was out of order , so my…
