No more noise from the headliner

It is recommended to replace this item if you hear a growl or crunch in the headliner. There is even a GM Technical Service Bulletin listing this component. The replacement was quite complex but could be done with simple hand tools. Now I don't need to hear any more growling overhead and my air conditioning works much better. I also had an issue resembling a mixed door actuator issue where the driver's side air conditioner seemed to be looking for the correct temperature setting when the…

Quiet as a mouse

Installed on a 2003 Hummer H2 - I didn't even realize the old one was loud until I started chasing the sound system hiss out of the speakers and accidentally noise discovered the grille attached to this thing. The Hummer manual says to remove the driver's side sun visor (not as easy as unscrewing it) and the A-pillar trim, then gently pull down from front to back. ACDelco Air Temperature Sensor Aspirator failed after 3 months

I bought it back on 7th December 2018. Easy enough to install and fix my HVAC problem (for at least 3 months). ). I could only get 60 degrees or 90 degrees, nothing in between (60 degrees on my digital thermostat gets very cold, 61 to 90 gets very hot).
