Very expensive for what it is. rubbish instructions.

Expensive device but it worked. The instructions were crap. Luckily I'm a telecom guy and figured it out myself. Anyone else would have returned it.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Style 90

Talk button does not always freeze

I am using Jabra Pro 9470 and SIP-T29G. Sometimes the call doesn't hang up when I press the talk button on the headset. Otherwise it works fine. It was a little tricky to set up, so I had to find a YouTube video on how to set it up.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Exchange available

Just what I needed

The Yealink EHS36 was just what I needed to get my Jabra Pro 920 wireless headset to work with my Yealink IP phone. Now I have the freedom to work and take calls and walk around the house or even leave the house on the curb, for example.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Expandable

Works great if you have the right phone and headset

This item can only work if your IP phone has electronic switching and your headset base has a wired connection. We had to buy another bluetooth headset to make it work with this unit.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only

Easy setup for Plantronics CS540 with Yealink T48S

My order came with an RJ-12 cable, you may not need to order it separately. Very easy to set up, the sound is good, no problems there. Little feedback from my voice at higher volumes, but it's probably the CS540. It happened before.

Pros
  • Good stuff

Works right out of the box

Used this adapter to connect my SDW series Sennheiser office headset to a Yealink T48S phone and worked without messing around with the settings I had previously set on the Allworx phone I replaced. All the necessary cables were included, but your mileage may vary depending on the headset model. Make sure you get something that works with your headset and phone combo.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

All good, sometimes problems.

I would like 3.5 stars. You work most of the time. We have Yealink t42g and Jabra Pro 9450 on about 25 phones. We've had 3 that randomly caused the phone to jump between on-hook and off-hook for some reason. He made random calls or simply picked up the phone when no one was around. In addition, they work as expected and do what we need. UPDATE * Had to remove a star, I have one or two of these a month dying or causing problems. Purchase additional ones if you need to use them.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Expensive

The main cable is missing from the package

Although the product arrived on time, an RJ-12 cable was missing and others that were not needed. The package included an EHS36 box, a Sennheiser cable, an audio cable for Plantronics, everything you need. It also included an optional RJ-11 twisted pair telephone cord and RJ-45 flat cable. None of this is required for this device in any way. The main RJ-12 cable (going from the EHS36 to the phone itself) was missing. Now I just have to buy this cable, which is far from perfect.

Pros
  • Many fit
Cons
  • Some difficulties
