Excellent product, especially for the price. The only downside is that the locking pin cannot be removed or replaced while the bag is hanging on it.

I gave this three stars because of the delivery time, I think it got lost because it was so small it took over a month to deliver. They let me reorder the same. But I got it and it fits my punching bag perfectly.

Hanging a 70 lb sack from a beam. Worked as expected but the center bolt and nut assembly fell apart after about 6 months of light use. I secured it with a lock nut, which lasted a bit longer but also fell apart. Next round I plan to drill through the bolt and use a cotter pin and castle nut. That should work. The price is right, but if you're not practical, you can keep shopping.

The product may be great, but the screws provided to install it were of poor quality. One of these broke off and the head broke off on final HAND tightening. We couldn't figure it out, even with a special drill that does. As a result, we had to take out the gear and start over. That's why I give 3 stars for easy installation. I hope the rest of the hanger proves more durable, but I have to admit I get a little uneasy when I hear my daughter smack her beautiful pink 70 pound punching bag.

It's not about craftsmanship, it's about design. Regardless of the bolts used, this product design is not optimal for punching bags. I had this hanging a 100lb Thai style bag as my workout progressed that the bag attachment was having stability issues. I would check that the screws/bolts are tight and not loose.
