I cannot understand the negative reviews on this product. The instructions are clear and detailed with pictures. Installation was easy. It is very quiet, looks good and works well. The only thing I don't like is the beep every time you use the remote, but I'll probably appreciate it when the remote battery dies.

I hired a certified electrician to install this ceiling fan/light. It took him an hour longer than stated, but I still paid for his extra time. The fan works great but the light kit sucks. Two out of three light bulb sockets are not properly connected or screwed in. However, the remote control only works for the ceiling fan. I had no intention of leaving a bad review until I received a response from the seller. The seller emailed me 2 days ago. that someone will contact me within 24 hours.

Difficult to install. Written instructions are useless, but once you've installed a ceiling fan kit, you'll eventually be able to figure it out by looking at the details. Fully assembled; The customer found that the fan/light assembly light was not working. Submitted a return request to Yescom, which was approved. During disassembly in preparation for returning the package, the customer discovered a faulty electrical connection (blue wire) in the motor quick connector receptacle. First off, this fan looks great assembled and is pretty quiet. The bad part is its installation. It came with some of the worst ceiling fan installation instructions I have ever seen. The way you mount it, I wouldn't call it safe.
