Well that was a big disappointment.

Perhaps my reading skills are declining with age, or "dry leaves" are now defined as rolled brown wax paper. Also, I doubt they were ever laid flat and made their way from the shipping envelope to the bin. I figured these were leaves I could use in a food dehydrator to keep the plastic leaves from getting fruit stains, which I dry in an open mesh hanging section. They are incredibly thin and small pieces of fruit cannot hold them flat. I don't have an Excalibur, that's not really up to date…

Pros
  • USE: 0.5mm thick extra thick sheets USE - Teflon sheets are used in various craft projects such as B. Baking, grilling, cooking, grilling, roasting, painting, pressing, ironing, painting.
Cons
  • Very expensive

The photo also shows the older, thinner Teflex sheets. They're about 20 years old or older and still work pretty well. Some of them

Pros
  • Includes: 6 sheets of Teflon transfer paper, each sheet measures approximately 16" x 20".
Cons
  • A few little things

Not for drying puree and leather, that's why I bought them. With some things the defect isn't as noticeable as with mashed potatoes, but yesterday I dehydrated canned corn mash. This morning I not only cleaned those sheets but also the screens and trays that were underneath. A sticky, sugary liquid (sweetcorn is rich in natural sugars) seeped through the bottom of each leaf, and after 12 hours of drying, the leaves and the sieve trays underneath were fully attached to the drying racks. Even…

Pros

Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks
