An honest comparison of drying foils. I have attempted to photograph various dehydrator sheets that I have purchased over the years. The best quality for Excalibur are the sheets sold by the company. You can get them cheaper at Harvest Essentials. Of the sheets sold by Excalibur, the newest and thickest are of the best quality. They have a brown stripe on the edge. Not for drying puree and leather, that's why I bought them. With some things the defect isn't as noticeable as with mashed potatoes, but yesterday I dehydrated canned corn mash.
