Description of YG 1 Carbide Multilayer Overall Diameter Cutting Tools for Milling Accessories

Suitable for general-purpose machining on hardened and high-alloy steel, cast iron, and chromium-nickel steel. Stub length increases the strength of the tool, making it less likely to break in the workpiece. Four flutes produce a better finish than fewer flutes. Titanium aluminum nitride (TiAlN) coating lubricates the end mill for high-temperature stability and abrasion resistance at high cutting speeds, offering better heat resistance than TiN and TiCN coatings. Carbide can run at higher speeds than high-speed or cobalt steel, resisting wear and high cutting temperatures.

Terrible Quality and Disappointing Results

This product was a complete waste of money. Despite being labeled as high-quality industrial and scientific cutting tools, they were completely ineffective for milling tasks. The only pro was the packaging which was adequate. The cons were numerous, including poor durability, inaccurate cutting, and an overall lack of reliability .I would not recommend this product to anyone in the industrial or scientific fields who is in need of high-quality milling accessories..

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting
Cons
  • Requires a higher initial investment than some other milling accessories on the market.

Another great grinder!

I have bought both cobalt and carbide grinders to see which I prefer and I am desperate. I can't decide which I like better and would say I would go with either carbide or cobalt over high speed steel anytime. The price of these cutters is not much higher and I will say that due to the downtime and the speed of the cutter they can be cheaper than HSS in this regard and extend the life before sharpening or replacing. I believe they are worth it. even more!

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • Some bugs
