I love these mirrors: Towing & Winch

They are way better than any clip-on towing mirrors I've tried. Installation took less than an hour and was very easy. For those interested in trucks that don't have heated mirrors, the wiring harness is exactly the same. My truck didn't have heated mirrors. To be honest I was a bit worried about the wiring harness but they are the same, it's just that mine doesn't have a wire to heat the mirrors. money, and just get them first. Also, this type of tow mirror is $440 at my Ford dealer, so that's

Like a mirror except.

I'm happy with how the mirrors match the F-150 except for one. The foam pad on the back of the right hand mirror was cut off at the factory and was too small, not tight enough to the door to keep water out of the mount. Luckily I was able to use foam from an old mirror to fix the problem. Installation went smoothly after watching a YouTube video on how to remove the door panels. The mirrors look like they came on the truck. I like puddle light. There is very little distortion at the edges of…

Great mirrors at a great price.

I wasn't sure about this product based on other reviews. The price was right, so I pulled the trigger. Mirrors arrived on time and well packaged. Installation was easy, the hardest part was removing the door panel. I suggest reusing the nuts from the original mirrors. Tighten the nuts evenly, making sure the panel aligns with the door. If you don't do this, the mirror will not align properly. The passenger mirror is not convex so the view from that side is limited but works well with a trailer.

good: they look like they should.

I don't write many reviews but feel compelled to write a cautionary tale for these mirrors. Good things first: They look like they should and are relatively easy to install. Definitely an easy DIY project that takes less than an hour. The Bad: First, mine arrived with one of the studs fitted in a way that didn't match the holes in the door. Luckily it bent without breaking. So let's call it laundry. The real disappointment with these mirrors is the optics. I've never considered myself a "mirror

Great replacement and upgrade for a 2011 Ford F-150

These mirrors are quite well made and actually have puddle lamps which is an added feature my OEM mirrors didn't have. They have an aluminum base which is stronger than the original mirrors. Installation was a breeze. INSTALLATION: If you're a DIYer like me, do yourself a favor and google how to remove the door panel. it will save you a lot of time. I suggest reusing the original nuts as they have a large wing washer attached that will hold the mirror in place better. At first I used the nuts…

Item was packaged very well and looked beautiful. Everything I needed was included and installation wasn't too difficult, removing the door panel was a little different than shown in the youtube video. See below. The mirrors are nice and work well, the directions work, the motorized mirror angle works, the only thing that doesn't work is the puddle light on the driver's side mirror. The puddle light on the passenger mirror works well. If you are upgrading from "regular" f150 mirrors, just be…

China scrap for towing products and winches

I give them two stars because the quality of the materials used is ok. The processing quality is very bad. So let's start: 1. The mirror "glass" for the top mirrors on both sides detached from the bracket, after I removed the glass and squeezed the glass and back together, it seemed to hold, although I didn't say anything can on durability. 2. The bottom lens has a slight amber tint (I would prefer it to match the top without a tint). 3. The bottom glass was so distorted that it was…
