Yonico 18227 Window Router 2 Inch Review

I made this to build a casement window so we could have an extra window in our kitchen. After figuring out the cost of replacing windows in well-known brands of window shops and speaking to local handymen, I decided to do it myself. There was a little satisfaction in making a replica of the original windows of our 80 year old house. The racquet is solid with a good 1/2" shaft, adjustable and sharp! Created a new window at once.

Very disappointing. The racquet broke on the first day with normal use. I cut two rails and on the second one I noticed a lot of vibration when copying the end. And now one of the grooves came out clean. Didn't you know I went through the return window for a day. On the plus side, I'm really glad I noticed it with a vibration and not a splinter stuck in my stomach! Needless to say I will not be buying again.

For the price, the connections are perfect. However, to create a strong connection, a dowel must be installed or a floating mandrel must be made. Ideal for repairing or replacing windows in an old house. Disadvantages: when using the form table. The material must be perfectly dimensioned. Since the posts are molded in the front and the rails are molded in the back, if they are not perfectly aligned the linkage will be very misaligned.
