After a while my paraglider chewed a hole in the liner and burrowed into the liner to hide between the outside and inside walls of the bag but it fucking loves it and I have this hole sewn up. It also took him over 2 months to do it.

I had high hopes for this hedgehog carrier but was very disappointed with my purchase as it does not look like the product pictured, very cheaply made and terrible quality. Inside foam with fibrous stitching and very dangerous for a hedgehog or small exotic animal as they can get caught on their paws!

I was very disappointed when I saw how small it is. The picture they show for this size had a hedgehog inside. An adult hedgehog doesn't fit in there. It's more like a hamster. It also comes with a strap that is adjustable at one end, two rings and two extremely rigid clips. I had no idea how to connect it, so I was just guessing. I don't think it's correct, but everything else didn't make sense. Love the fabric and mesh window but that's about it.

The strap is not as shown and does not hang on the bag so you can carry it. It's more like a leash and only has one clip. So the product in the picture looks better than the one I received. Also the hooks on the bag itself won't last long, the bag can but you won't have any other way of carrying it other than holding it. To update. contacted customer service and they refunded my money and were very nice and helpful. Thanks very much!

More than disappointed with this carrier. I have a Chinese dwarf hamster and I would never carry him in this thing. I was afraid she would suffocate. There is no standing room for them. It's too thin for her to use as a carrier. waste of money. I wanted my son to have something to take with us when we need to run errands or go out. My daughter wanted this for her ferret. It is a kit and quite small. Now she fits in this carrier but I suspect that when she grows up she will be too small.
