Please note that the product shown in the image differs from the design supplied. . The picture here shows the fixed jaw as a single cast including post and ball joint. The design they currently sell consists of these three separate parts. I have provided an image for comparison. I contacted support about the issue and they were very helpful and sent a replacement the same day with no need to return the broken vise. However, the replacement has a similar wobble problem.
