The ease of use is my favorite thing! I like that you can get all of your data in one place to help make decisions for future projects. The system is easy enough so anyone who has basic computer skills should have no problem using it. It's not very intuitive at first but once familiarized its pretty simple. There are some things we would like to see changed or added such as better documentation tools (website), more training options/resources available, etc. We use this software daily and it allows us to keep track of our work…

The most helpful feature is that it allows you to see what work has been completed for each project. It also shows how much time was spent completing each task in order of priority. I do not like that there are no reports available at this point. This software would have great value if they added some reporting options. We use BIM data from our other programs such as Navisworks or AutoCAD which helps us manage projects more efficiently but we still need to manually enter all tasks into YouBim…
