YOUNG MARINE 3 Nautical Mile Navigation Anchor Lights: Brilliant 360° White LED 12-24V for Safe Boating Review

Compared to my previous light, this light is super bright, I mean very, very bright. I usually turn on the LEDs on the voyage deck at night, but with lights they aren't needed.

Not for tents. The base is too big to fit on the bimini frame. And it's too late to return it. My mistake. Upgraded to 4 because the light works had to use it as a last resort whilst waiting for the correct bimini skylight.

We are very disappointed in this lamp. It allows water to enter the flashlight when it is folded, causing the bulb to burn out when in use. We would like to return it and get a refund.

I installed it on top of the tower. This folds up so my suitcase can easily put it on. It's very bright. I didn't give 5 stars just because it's new. If a clear lens stays clean and dry for a year or two, it deserves five stars.

When I installed this light I found that the light had a short circuit. Needing a flashlight, I took it apart and found that the wiring inside the flashlight was missing insulation, causing a short circuit. This short circuit knocked out the socket of the lamp and the LED lamp burned out. I do not recommend this lamp.

It seems as well made as other brands I've had in the past. However, upon unboxing this thing, I immediately noticed a "dog leg" in it where the head and base attached to the B-pillar. Sounds like poor production quality control. I don't know if that's why it's worth returning.

Looks great, the light is bright but not at all waterproof which is a given with an anchor light. As it is one of the most expensive. I installed it on my voting platform and after a month water got in and it shorted out. The candle was also rusted so I couldn't even change the bulb. Great light if you plan on never getting wet.

This light is very bright and very easy to install. I had to make a small adjustment to my light mount to get it working, but very little. Did I say the light is BRIGHT? Wow. I'm actually looking for a diffuser to make it a little better as this light makes it impossible for me to see past the bow of my boat. I bought this to replace a crappy Perko perimeter light that came on my pontoon boat. A Perko lens cracks or breaks every year or two. I replaced the Perko head with a head from this flashlight and the problem is solved! I just drilled rivets where the heads attach to the bars and removed the heads, cut the wires and reattached the new head to the old post, connected the wires and riveted the head back in place.
