Fantastic!: Axis

Looks beyond perfect! Bearing also installed! And the threads are very smooth and perfect, not a single flaw from what I can tell.

Pros
  • 1 year warranty
Cons
  • Vanish

The threads were tangled

The threads were tangled and looked like they had tangled when threading. Couldn't even get a spindle nut on either of the two I ordered. I'm the only person I've seen with such a rating.

Pros
  • High quality parts for special differential applications
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

right box. Wrong parts

Bought a pair of these and BOTH had the wrong parts in the right box. Item # was correct but there was no apparent problem within SQUARE in the Yukon. The first box had a spool for the differential (yes, a COIL!), and the second box had a spindle, but a GM or Ford IFS spindle. 4 days the truck is disassembled and waiting for them to be bolted on the Friday before the off-road weekend. Just use Dana/Spicer parts and avoid the hassle.

Pros
  • 6 screw holes
Cons
  • Small parts

Will not fit 1968 Dana 44 on GMC K2500. .

Will not fit 1968 Dana 44 on GMC K2500. He turned and the hub came up. But the axle didn't fit the bearing so I flipped it over to fit. When bottomed out, the hub stuck out about 3/8 inch more, so the brake drum was far enough away from the base plate that rocks and dirt could get into the brake drum. I'm just going to replace the whole diff with a newer open knuckle style.

Pros
  • Designed for performance
Cons
  • Not bad
