【BI-METAL HEATBREAK】:It is named "Bi-Metal Heatbreak" It has two components with different thermal conductivity. It is composed of 2 parts. We use a special process to hold them firmly together. You don't need to worry about it being damaged. 【UPGRADED DESIGN】:This Heatbtreak is made from two components, Copper and Titanium TC4. Titanium TC4 reduces heat upward conduction at the heating position, and copper for heat dissipation to accelerate heat conduction. 【PREMIUM PERFORMANCE】:Ordinary bimetal heatbreak torque is less than 5kg, the inner hole has a poor finish, the connection part is fixed by glue, vwhich is very easy to fall off and affect printing. Our product is processed by precision Swiss-type 5-axis machine and made by precision pressing mechanism. The inner hole finish is 0.3 and the torque is more than 10kg. 【PRODUCT COMPATIBLE】:Compatible with ANYCUBIC Mega S ANYCUBIC Mega Pro ANYCUBIC Vyper 3D Printer. 【PACKAGE INCLUDED】: 1 piece Upgrade Bi-metal heatbreak.

Efficient and Reliable Bi-Metal Heatbreak

I recently purchased an Industrial and Scientific 3D printer part and was pleasantly surprised with the results! After I put it to the test, I found that it was efficient, reliable, and contributed to high-quality printing .It's titanium construction made it sturdy and durable, allowing it to withstand frequent use. However the only drawback was that it was a bit pricey. Nevertheless, it was worth the investment for its overall performance..

Perfect Fit (Anycubic Vyper)

This was an exact replacement for the PTFE lined thermal break that came from the factory on my Anycubic Vyper. Tested at 280°C with excellent results. *Note: Additional firmware modification required to increase maximum shutdown temperature*
