I love this mirror! My daughter took mine and I thought I'd never find one I like more, but this one is brighter and the quality of the glass/mirror seems to be better.

Beautiful mirror. The 10x magnification is just what I needed to see my face up close. Love the fact that you can plug it in or use batteries which makes it useful for travel.

It's very convenient to be wireless, but it's definitely made up for by the lack of bright light, which also flickers if you accidentally hit the mirror. I regret giving up my plug-in model.

Like others I paid over $120 for it in November 2019. The lights went out about a month ago. I can't find how to open it to change the lightbulb. There are no screws. any help I found out that for an easy exchange it has to be sent to the carrier.

Like others who have posted here I loved this mirror to the fatal "click" when I rotated the mirror and it just stopped working. Haven't contacted the company yet, but haven't found any info on repairs, parts replacement, etc. I received the mirror in August 2015. It broke in mid-June. Not worth the investment. Search for!

Bought for an elderly mother. The first mirror arrived broken and Revane quickly replaced it. The second mirror is not wireless and gives excellent light. Really weak. Being quiet must be hard. I've had several and this is the worst version I've ever bought. I'm out of state and can't handle repeated returns for my mom or she will come back too. Lesson learned, personally buy a similar practice if you don't know exactly what you're getting.

I really like this mirror. It looks amazing and I'm so sick of those ugly plastic backlit mirrors it looks great on my dressing table with my silver photo frames around it. This works very well. I would add that the 10x magnification is A LOT and I really only use it for my brows or to check my eye makeup as I apply it. I bought this for my wife to use in the bathroom where there is no outlet. She says it puts out a lot of light, the magnification is perfect for applying makeup and the quality is excellent. It is also nice that the mirror can be used both with the supplied power cable and with batteries. The strangest thing about this mirror is that nowhere on the packaging does it say what kind of batteries to use. I want to tell you that this is a great mirror and in fact it was a really good mirror before it expired exactly 1 month after the 'Manufacturer's Limited Warranty ' stopped working. . expired. I would not recommend anyone to spend around 100 euros on a vanity mirror if it only works for 4 months. I bought this to replace a lighted Revlon mirror I've had for 20 years which is still working and currently being used again whilst STILL a week ago awaiting a response from Zadro customer service…
