The ability to create new pages without having to constantly update each page in our CMS system was very helpful! There were many additional features that I did not use but would like for future updates of this product which are included if you purchase it separately from your platform subscription cost (like we have). I like that it has an excellent search feature to find specific pages or articles very quickly when you need them. I like that it allows me to write my own articles as well as use other people's writing in order for us to have consistency across our website within one platform (I think?). It was hard at first but now we are getting used to using this tool. My biggest issue however is how difficult it can be to edit or make changes if needed. The ability to see all of our social media in one place has made it very convenient for us as we can schedule posts daily or weekly that are visible across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter & Instagram. It would be great if they had an email option so we could get automatic reminders when there's something new posted/published but otherwise this system works well!
