Second time bought

These filters work very well. You have a real measuring tool (included) that will let you know how the filter is working and when it needs to be replaced. A family of two: drinks, boils on water, usually 5 pitchers a day. Filters last an average of 3 months.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Available in white only

Great filter! good for water filtration and softening

This filter cleans the water and removes all the chlorine and god knows what odors are lurking in my water. I bought a large capacity pitcher and we use a lot more water to drink. The filters are very easy to install. Don't let the price put you off, delicious (and safer) water is worth every penny!

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Very expensive

Bait and loose change.: water filtration and softener

the seller sold me an old straight bottom filter as opposed to the newer ones that came with my filters that came with my pitcher, the has There were tapered bottoms as in the photos. One of the filter bags appeared to be torn at the edge of the filter. They refunded my money and told me to keep the filters. It doesn't filter very quickly, so it only passes a few inches before stopping, then refills the base once it's a bit empty.

Pros
  • test for a year
Cons
  • too dumb

AS the water quality (as long as the filter is running -- approx.

AS the water quality (as long as the filter lasts -- approx. 2-3 weeks of continuous use). Dispensers suck. The spout broke almost immediately because the lid screwed in had to be adjusted to fit properly. The handle broke too. But then again, worth a crappy dispenser - this water is CLEAR baby! Note: I live in Southern California where the water tastes like clean chlorine but with these filters it tastes like smart water Great filters!

Pros
  • hands-free
Cons
  • appearance

Excellent filter system.

I like this filter system very much. The water in my house is full of dirt. I live in a pre-war building in New York. The water flowing from the faucet has the color of rust and large particles that are visible to the naked eye. I used a different brand of filter but found the water still had a "funny" taste and I changed the filter about every two weeks. I looked at the zero water filtration system and decided to give it a try. Worth the money spent! The water filters fairly quickly and tastes

Pros
  • also understandable for the old ones
Cons
  • some little things

LOVE for water quality (with filter running - approx.

LOVE the water quality (filter lasts about 2-3 weeks with constant use). crap dispenser. Right. Also, the handle is broken. But on the other hand, the manure dispenser is worth it - this water is PURE Baby! Note: I live in Southern California where the water tastes like pure chlorine, but with these filters it tastes like smart water. Great filters!

Pros
  • NSF CERTIFIED: ZeroWater filters are certified to reduce lead and other heavy metals. Zerowater removes 99.6% of all dissolved solids, which is 2x more than the leading independent (audited) Brand lab )
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

There have been serious problems with these

I bought the filters from the store when I bought the zero can, they were fine. Ordered these as a first replacement and the first only lasted a month and had to be replaced. I switched to a second one and then left home for a couple of weeks, came back and the water smelled like fish, couldn't figure out why as I had a different brand of water jug before and never had that smell. Now I will try to buy direct from Site Zero to see if they last longer and if they don't have a fishy smell that…

Pros
  • GET MORE FROM WATER: With a variety of options, you can get clean water anywhere from jugs, bottle filtration systems to portable cup filters.
Cons
  • Not bad but...
