💦 Zilmen Battery-Operated Liquid Transfer Pump: Efficient Fuel Transfer for Gasoline (Random Red or Black Delivery) Review

Just wanted to pump some water out of the hold. Wouldn't suck up water. The motor runs, but the suction power is not enough to run. Useless.

Mine was junk, didn't even last 2 months. I found gas in the battery compartment when changing the batteries, which by the way last about 30 gallons. But you get what you paid for. It was cheap

What should have been easy turned out to be a headache ---. I had to widen the hole in the plastic jug I was using. It's not easy with a full kerosene glass. I ended up pouring the kerosene into a bucket and pouring it into the tank. It runs on (2) D batteries. The pump turned on and off at will. There must be a wiring error. For the price I paid for it, those things didn't matter.

This thing fell apart right out of the box. The suction hose is made of thin, flexible, soft plastic and the end cap that allows suction with the impeller is omitted. It may or may not be absorbed, I haven't even tried. It won't last at all. The fluid hose was such thin plastic that it was already kinked inside the pump where it had to be bent in the box it came in.
