I used this to enclose part of my house as a quarantine measure, not for construction, but was impressed nonetheless. The plastic is strong, the locks are reliable. I used the included double sided tape around the edge of the door panel. It's very strong and I'm afraid I'll make a mess if I remove it. But the trim can still be painted, so I'm not too worried. We did demo work (cutting and replacing drywall) in our garage and then covered the garage floor with epoxy. To do this, the previous epoxy resin had to be sanded off the garage floor with sanders.
