Beautiful color! I'm only giving this 4 stars because of two issues I'm having. first world problem. 1. Coffee cools down quickly but is not icy like real iced coffee. although good enough. 2. It's really big for the volume it actually stores. I have a Keurig and have to use the second to last stage and even then I have to drink from a milk jug on top before I can close the lid. Is it worth the money? Uh, maybe. It saved me about $12 by avoiding Starbucks in the morning.

I wanted this for iced coffee. I was told to only put it in the freezer for a few hours but left it overnight. The next day I poured coffee into it and it's completely frozen, sold out in 10-15 minutes. It's ok as I didn't follow the directions exactly, but personally I wanted something I could leave in the freezer overnight or longer and take out when needed and it wouldn't turn my drink into a popsicle. just keep it cold This is probably because the layer of frost around the cup was 1/2+ inch

I just bought this machine because I'm kinda addicted to coffee. The color was what I wanted. After testing this for my first cup, I want to tell you that this iced coffee maker works great! However, the directions say you should freeze the inner layer for about 8 hours. I find it's best to do this for around 12 hours. Bought this for my teenage son as a fun gift and he and his brothers absolutely love it. They already have ZOKU slush cups, so they understand the concept. For those who gave bad reviews, here's my take on it: it's more of a novelty and should be treated as such. Don't think you will drink 2 seconds after pouring hot coffee into a cup of iced coffee, it takes about 5-7 minutes. Adding sugar will inevitably make it mushy, but that's only part of the fun. If I pour in hot coffee and then shake the coffee, cold iced coffee is ready in minutes. If I forget and leave it for 15 minutes, my coffee will turn to ice. rzunimag. Great if you don't like long waiting times for iced coffee. Takes up much less space in the freezer than a Coldwave or Hyperchiller. If you want to leave your coffee in for a while before drinking it might be best to leave the cup in the fridge or maybe lower the temperature. on top of the freezer so your coffee cools more slowly

Not a bad cup but not very good actually there are only 2 good uses for it. For quick chilling, use it to pour your coffee into a tall mug, or just drink a 6-8 oz cup of coffee. The first issue I noticed was that it wouldn't fit under the Keurig even without a drip tray. You can set it up if you only have a freezer insert but haven't put it up your sleeve yet.
