Not Worth the Blisters

I was excited to try these cycling shoes for my outdoor races but was quickly disappointed. The sizing is way off and the shoes were extremely painful to wear, causing blisters after a single use. The design is also lackluster and cheap-looking. On the bright side, the cleat system is compatible with most bike pedals. Overall, I wouldn't recommend these shoes to anyone in the Sports and Outdoors community..

Pros
  • Compatible with most bike pedals
Cons
  • Poor sizing, uncomfortable and caused blisters after one use, unappealing design

Great shoes for beginners but a size or two too big!

I was looking for a decent road bike shoe that didn't cost me too much. Have been riding stock flat pedals for almost 30 years after trying SPD pedals for a few months in the 90's and experiencing slowing traffic lights, falling off and making a fool of myself in front of all the motorists. Waiting in the next world " script. Several times. Having recently been attacked by the guys I ride with, I decided to try the Speedplay pedals and actually promised myself I would spend the next 7 years…

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • can be retrofitted
