Overall I like this shovel, it handles the mess in my daughter's bearded dragon cage with no problem. My only complaint (and the reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is that it tends to bend a bit and I find I have to bend it back into shape after hitting the cage walls or a rock Not that it's a big problem but I have a feeling this will reduce the life of the scoop over time so it's 4 stars instead of 5. I received the Zoo Med Deluxe Scooper in the mail on time but I find the envelope style of the packaging could have been better. then probably cheaper before shipping, it has its disadvantages in front of the buyer. Our shovel broke and it wasn't a big deal to get it back in shape as it's made of thick metal that's flexible and the frame is strong.
