My turtle LOVES this. Didn't realize the jar says it needs to be refrigerated; I opened it one night and it smelled really cool so I threw it away and ordered another one. This is an absolute hit.

I feed these turtles my underage cards and they love them when they get them before my drawn one gets them. Tasty and fresh, odorless, long shelf life in the refrigerator. Feed in moderation because they make a mess. Nothing more than alive but still a mess. Convenient as local pet stores only sell super worms and they are much smaller. Maybe 1-2 inches long and 1/8 inch thick.

I thought it was alive for some reason, but of course it's not! I bought this for my baby alligator lizard, he is so small I didn't know what to feed him. I put it on a small plate in the shade so it doesn't dry out too quickly with the red light I used to keep the lizard warm and he loves it! I can see it growing which is very interesting. And it doesn't smell like wet dog food! (Actually the dog thought it was for him when I opened the can!)
