🦎 Large Reptile Rock Food Dish by Zoo Med - Colors May Vary Review

I am very disappointed with how cheap it looks and feels. I thought it would be a solid nice thing but it's just cheap and transparent. Because of the decent size it gets 2 stars instead of 1.

I bought three of these bowls for three different enclosures for my turtles! One is for water and the other two are for food! Very easy to clean, almost none of the food falls out and they are just the perfect size !

I bought one of the small zoo mugs and was very happy with the quality. This large bowl was curved outwards at the bottom and could not lie flat in my aquarium. Rather than return it, I placed a piece of aluminum foil on one of the burners on my glass-topped oven, placed the bowl on the foil, and heated the bottom until it was flat. In fact, it's started to sag inward a bit, but at least it's no longer leaning from side to side.

I thought long and hard about what size to order for my salamander tank. I chose 10"lx 7"wx 7/8"h and it's perfect for 10 gallons with the plant and the cover for them. It's shallow which is what I was really looking for so they don't sink. The color I like it as it goes well with the eco soil in the aquarium They spend a lot of time in the water tray unless buried elsewhere in the aquarium I would recommend this plate and it doesn't leak or have any issues Very happy with it.
