ZoomMD EMR Review

I am pleased with my experience using zoom MD for all of our practice needs. The ability to store patient information in one place has been very helpful. It would be nice if we could have more access to certain functions when working remotely. We were able to use it as much or little as needed until COVID19 hit home and people started staying at home more often. The ability to create reports that are very simple to use and can be shared with multiple people. The ability to send the reports to others through email. The ability to create charts that are very easy to use. They are a little difficult to use at first, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes easier. I like that it has all of my patients' information in one place. It is easy to navigate through using the search feature. The program is very outdated. It often takes a while to load. Sometimes when you open it up, it freezes. It doesn't have as many features as other programs. There are some things you can do with another program but not with this one. I like that it's easy to navigate between appointments, labs, prescriptions, etc. That it has a calendar function that allows you to schedule your next appointment. I dislike that there are not any patient portals set up for patients to access their information within the application. It would be great if they allowed that feature in the future. It's very helpful to have an online record of my medical history for me to share with my doctor or nurse, and it saves me time from having to go back…
