I received a ZTE MF64 and am very disappointed that it is unlocked and usable.

I received the ZTE MF64 and I am very disappointed, it says it is unlocked and can be used in the Caribbean and Latin America. I live in Haiti and as soon as I put my SIM card in, the SIM card could not be read. This is false advertising that it is unlocked and usable in the Caribbean and the Latin should be removed. I strongly believe that my ZTE MF64 21Mbps 4G Mobile Hotspot should be replaced or returned to me because I was misled into believing it would work in the Caribbean. Many Thanks.

Great for those on a budget

Very good for my needs, I have a $20 plan which gives me 2 gigabytes of 4g data (which lasts about a week and a half) but unlimited data at 2g -Speed gives way. Great option for someone on a budget. Every serious upload/download I go to the library, but it's not always convenient (and not always open), so I really like having that option. One thing I would add, my device didn't have a SIM card, I had to order that separately. I'm only mentioning this because another reviewer mentioned thatโ€ฆ

T-Mobile Hotspot Wi-Fi

Not satisfied! The description says Mobile Hotspot Wifi hotspot has been unlocked! But when I took it to the T-Mobile store, the staff said it was locked! When I asked a staff member what could be causing it to still be locked, she said the previous owner didn't pay or complete the contract plan. Therefore, T-Mobile had to block it and the item can no longer be used. Why should you sell it on Amazon? That's cheating! And don't sell anything that doesn't work anymore.

Good product. the data provider is not that good.

This item works great. It was on the T-Mobile network and I'm using a T-Mobile SIM card. The only problem I had was that T-Mobile tried to force me to buy a new one from them before they activated it. The first two guys I spoke to didn't activate it and said I had to order a new one, but that's a T-Mobile problem. The third guy we spoke to activated it slightly.
