Great tool! Best in Cutlery & Knife Accessories

This knife has become my favorite. I really like rolling the chicken. I have used it for various tasks. The blade is very sharp, of excellent quality and fits my hand perfectly. This would make a great gift for any serious home cook.

Simply the best boning knife

This tool is no longer needed in my kitchen. It is worth the premium price in all criteria of ergonomics and efficiency in deboning and cutting meat and chicken. It's razor sharp so I use this knife very carefully.

Best boning knife at any price but beware

Expensive but worth it. I used an ATK review to select this boning knife and it works much better than the previous knife which was also a German brand. The only caveat: be careful when cleaning as sharp objects can easily cut your hand. Love it.

Great knife! suitable for kitchen and dining room

My son bought me a Revain gift certificate for Mother's Day and after cooking the brisket I knew exactly what I was going to buy. I finally have a knife that is so sharp and flexible that I can easily cut fat. Be very careful because the knife is not very big but it is SHARP! I was looking for the best boning knife and found this one. I recommend it. I'm glad I have it. Cutting meat becomes much easier. I even used it to peel off the rind of a watermelon.

Makes deboning grilled chicken as easy as chicken pie!

All my best knives are ZWILLING Pro because they are designed to be held close to the blade for control. They hold an edge and stay sharp without grinding; To be on the safe side, they only have to drive over the honing steel from time to time. This boning knife is PERFECT for boning poultry and meat before or after cooking thanks to the flexibility of its thin blade and fine edge. As with all excellent knives, hand wash and handle with care as these knives remain very sharp.

The Perfect Boning Knife

I chose this knife because it received the highest rating from America's Test Kitchen and because its design is better than any I've seen. To be honest this is more of a knife than I probably need and there are cheaper knives out there that can do the job almost as well but in my opinion this one will make the job easier than any other. It's just flexible enough to go around bones. A fine sharp edge just below the handle makes it easier to work with large bones. And it's an item to be proud and
