Makes deboning grilled chicken as easy as chicken pie!

All my best knives are ZWILLING Pro because they are designed to be held close to the blade for control. They hold an edge and stay sharp without grinding; To be on the safe side, they only have to drive over the honing steel from time to time. This boning knife is PERFECT for boning poultry and meat before or after cooking thanks to the flexibility of its thin blade and fine edge. As with all excellent knives, hand wash and handle with care as these knives remain very sharp.
