Zymol Z530 Original Formula Ounce Review

This is the best car wash we have ever used. Although expensive, one capful in a bucket of water is enough to wash your car. It's hard to find locally and we've ordered it twice from Revain.

I've been using Zymol car wash since 2014. Now the company charges the same amount for a much smaller bottle! Despite what they say on the bottle, they've also changed the formula, so now more soap is needed to get the soapy effect you want. I definitely feel left out. Zimolu: Why did you change this product?

This is not the original from Zymol. The original product was thick and creamy, almost lotion-like, and the bubbles lasted a very long time. It was diluted with water so that it became almost clear, the bubbles persisted for about 5 minutes. I will not buy it again nor will I recommend it. I have been using the original product for many years and it has been very disappointing.

I really liked the wax cleaner and bought a car wash to get it right. A full cap in the bucket, I poured some (diluted) into a spray bottle for quick bug removal. It cleans well (don't wait until 3mm of dirt is left on the machine), rinses well, does its job. More things should do what they should do, it does.

Previous years' car wash weighed 48 ounces and was opaque in color. It looks like transparent light blue glass. Using the specified amount in my bucket, there was virtually no foam, and water (not just foam) cleared like empty water. This is a terrible composition and a waste of money.

On my third bottle in as many years. I prefer to work with double buckets and microfiber gloves, nothing beats a handicraft well done :) Seriously, foam and scum are thick and trap all those scratchy particles. Claybaring becomes child's play, then LED Check and Scratch-X, then Synthetic followed by Carnauba, OCD are my initials.

I have been a Zymol car wash user for many years. This is not the same Zymol car wash. They're using a 40-ounce bottle for the price you're now paying for 20-ounces, and the formula has changed from transparent to the now-old opaque blue zymene. In addition, the foam is not enough for a car. I'm sure some Zymol executives had the brilliant idea to increase profits by making everything cheaper. I think the short-term gains will evaporate due to the huge loss in sales of this inferior product.

I've been using this car wash for many years and I love how it works. You can wash 3 cars in a row (although I would never do that) in the same bucket and a swipe from the hose gives you a freshly filled bucket of foam over and over again! Not that it helps clean the car better, but I also LOVE the tropical scent. Great product and my only wish is that I can get it in big bottles like I used to. If you see this product in stock, buy TWO!

I've only been using Zymol on my cars for over 20 years and have never switched since the beginning. I'm used to my mitten being completely soaked in foam with only 1-2 ounces. I just received this bottle and thought I knew what to expect but I was very disappointed. So disappointed that this is one of the few, maybe the only, Revain reviews I've written.
