    not compatible with petrol

    Although I rarely take the time to write reviews the quality of these parts is so terrible I just couldn't help but have them in my Honda C70 Ethanol to use free gas for about 5 weeks. Started licking. When I finally took it off, the filter housing was full of stress cracks. Gas seeped through the cracks. If you need a gas filter for up to 4-5 weeks, this is the perfect filter for you.

    Couldn't install without damaging

    This is the weirdest thing, I would push (install) the fuel line with my bare hands. First I lubricated the fuel line with alcohol. Everything looked great and after 5-10 minutes the nipple at the larger diameter end broke and fell off. There was no external pressure, it would just fall apart. I've tried 3 times with no success. Once upon a time, with lines and a filter, they just sat on the table. Vain. Also, the flow arrows are the opposite of any filter I've seen. I throw away the rest of…

    Garbage Filter Gas Eats Plastic Then Fuel Spills

    Don't Buy. As a mechanic, I enjoy trying different sports products and despite the mixed reviews I took a chance using these filters. I installed one of these filters on my daughter's CRF50 last month and was woken up in the middle of the night to the smell of gas in my house. After inspecting the garage, I discovered that the fuel leak I felt was coming from the fuel filter, eating fuel through the filter which in turn spilled fuel all over my garage floor.     Junk / fire hazard / possible fuel contamination

    Looks good in the picture and when you get it, but the material doesn't last. They're clear when you get them, but the plastic will start to discolour, fall apart and crack the filter, leading to a fire hazard or at least possible fuel system contamination if the plastic breaks down. This ran less than 2 months on regular pump fuel. I put them on my kids karts and their quads and they all fail, when I grab the filter I can squeeze the side of it with my thumb.
