My old Century Link modem has stopped working properly. I called CenturyLink and they recommended a different modem, but when I checked out Revain, it had bad reviews. Bought it after reading positive reviews. It worked flawlessly right out of the box. I haven't had any problems with it and have been using it for about a month now. Happy with my purchase. Very disappointed with this purchase. First we were sent the wrong power cord for this modem so we couldn't even use it when we got it. When we finally got the right power cord, the modem was running very slowly. After 3 months it stopped working at all. We ran a number of bug fixes and the modem was broken. A huge waste of time and money and unfortunately the return period has expired. We had to buy a new modem after only 3 months - I definitely don't recommend this one.

Arrived later than expected. Works a little over a month. Replaced an existing lease from Century Link. I haven't noticed anything other than that I don't have to pay them for a modem every month. The modem isn't a huge problem as it only connects to an HP Envy laptop and doesn't require any other devices to be serviced or relayed.
