Its interface is quite clear and any beginner I do not doubt can operate without any complications, the wallet is decentralized and browser-based, it is used from the Crome extension without any application download. It is highly recommended to save the private keys before doing any operation since if you lose the browser cache you could have problems if you have not saved the keys. In case this happens you can generate another wallet and use the saved keys. Like many wallets, it works with a large number of cryptocurrencies.
It does not allow you to withdraw fiat money from it. It does not convert to fiat.
