Horrible support, they dont fix anything, missing coins for many months now, and they close accounds the next day
OMG, first was great best thing I could see, but now, its horrible, lost several tokens, its not clear bunch of junk displayed, big mess, as for support, even worse, first thing you have one day most or they close the ticket and they take a day or two sometimes 3 to send response, and not they do not fix it. they close it you have to re open it, I have had a ticket going for several months, I have lost 3-4 tokens so far including all my basic attention tokens. but yet they are doing nothing about it

- store lot of coin
- none to explain
Cons
- you risk losing thousands of coins like I DID
- I lost all my bat (basic attention coins my kick coins my healp coins and think I lost half millin kin coins
